LIFTING STRAPS

    • Maximize your lifting potential with Laboratory premium lifting straps. Made to provide you unbeatable grip and support. Guarantee these straps help reduce hand fatigue and prevent slipping.
    •  Made from exceptional, quality materials, these straps are built to last and enhance your performance during workouts. Whether you’re tackling deadlifts, pull-ups, or rows, our lifting straps ensure you stay focused on your gains, not your grip.

How to Put on a Laboratory Strap

  1. Identify the Strap's Loop:

    • Start by finding the loop at one end of the lifting strap. This loop is the part that will go around your wrist.
  2. Wrap the Strap Around the Bar:

    • Take the non-looped end of the strap and wrap it around the barbell, dumbbell, or pull-up bar.
    • The strap should wrap around the bar in a way that the looped part is facing upward, ready to go over your wrist.
  3. Place Your Hand Through the Loop:

    • Insert your hand through the loop of the strap, positioning the strap around your wrist.
    • The strap should sit on the wrist (not the palm) and should be snug but not too tight.
  4. Tighten the Strap:

    • Grasp the strap with your hand (the hand that is in the loop) and pull it tight, ensuring it’s firmly secured to your wrist.
    • Now, hold the bar with both hands, and as you grip the barbell (or other equipment), the strap will assist by securing your grip.
  5. Wrap the Strap Around the Bar:

    • Take the loose end of the strap and wrap it around the bar. The tighter you pull on the strap, the more it will help you hold the weight.
    • Wrap the strap around the bar as many times as necessary, depending on the thickness of the bar and how much assistance you need.
  6. Secure the Strap:

    • Once you've wrapped the strap around the bar tightly, hold the strap in place and make sure it's not loose. You should feel the strap securely holding your wrist and the bar in place.
  7. Grip the Bar:

    • Now, grip the bar tightly with both hands. Your hands will feel the extra support and stability provided by the lifting straps, allowing you to focus on the lift instead of your grip.
  8. Perform Your Lift:

    • Once everything is set to you're liking, perform your lift (such as deadlifts, rows, shrugs, etc.). The lifting strap will help you maintain a strong grip and reduce hand fatigue during heavy lifts.
